Outlined below is our return policy :

Returns Due to Damage in transit - Within 24 hours of Delivery , Kindly get in touch with our customer support at visarugroup@gmail.com mentioning the Order Number along with the Product Name (If Multiple Products are ordered within a single order) which you would like to return.

Dead On Arrival or Malfunctioning - Within 7 days of Delivery , Kindly get in touch with our customer support at visarugroup@gmail.com mentioning the Order Number along with the Product Name (If Multiple Products are ordered within a single order) which you would like to return.

Incorrect Order( Different From what was ordered) - Within 7 days of Delivery , Kindly get in touch with our customer support at visarugroup@gmail.com mentioning the Order Number along with the Product Name (If Multiple Products are ordered within a single order) which you would like to return.

Returns Criteria & Process

Once our team approves your return request, the purchased item (or items)  must be in new and unused condition with all original tags and labels attached. To Place your return  request , 

 

 

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 7 – 14 working days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

For returned item/items, full refund is issued to the original payment method i.e. Bank account credit, Credit Card Reversal ,Wallet Credit. etc.

 

Cancellation

For any reason if you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to us at visarugroup@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing the order, mentioning your order number. Your order will get cancelled  & the refund for the same would be processed to your original payment method within 2-4 working days from the date of cancellation.
